Daisy Dream CGI visual — 3D meets botanical retouching
This Daisy Dream CGI visual combines 3D rendering and creative retouching into a single perfume advertising image. We therefore rendered the bottle in Blender with a custom light setup. As a result, it brings out the warmth of the glass and the delicacy of the product. Afterwards, we added flowers and botanical elements through retouching — layering colour, depth, and emotion until the image felt less like a product shot and more like a mood. The result is, consequently, an aesthetic campaign-ready visual that works across editorial, e-commerce, and social formats.
Daisy Dream CGI visual — 3D and retouching combined
The hybrid approach — CGI bottle, photographic botanicals — gives us the best of both methods. The 3D render provides absolute control over the product: perfect reflections, consistent light, no unwanted artefacts. The retouching layer, on the other hand, adds the organic warmth and texture that pure CGI can sometimes lack. As a result, the final image reads as a single coherent scene rather than a composite. Furthermore, the making-of frames show the clay model stage and the progression through to final artwork. We use Blender for the 3D side and Photoshop for all retouching and compositing work.
Why beauty brands choose a hybrid CGI visual
Perfume and cosmetics advertising, above all, lives on emotion. Furthermore, the product itself — glass, liquid, delicate packaging — is notoriously difficult to photograph consistently. A hybrid CGI and retouching approach, therefore, solves both problems: the product always looks perfect, and the surrounding scene can carry any mood the brief demands. Our 3D product visualisation and creative retouching services work together for exactly this reason. See also our perfume CGI photography and Dior CGI visual for more beauty fragrance work.
